2. Our services

We provide professional digital services including, but not limited to:

The exact scope of each project is agreed individually before work begins.

3. Quotes and proposals 

Every project is unique.


Before starting any work, we prepare an individual proposal outlining:

  • project scope;

  • deliverables;

  • estimated timeline;

  • pricing;

  • payment terms;

  • any additional services requested.

Quotes are valid for the period specified in the proposal.

4. Payments

Payment terms are agreed individually for every project.


Depending on the project, work may begin after the agreed initial payment has been received.


The remaining balance is payable according to the agreed payment schedule outlined in the proposal or contract.


FIRSOF reserves the right to suspend work or postpone website launch if agreed payments have not been received.

5. Client responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and successful project, clients agree to:

  • provide accurate project information;

  • supply requested content, materials, and feedback within a reasonable timeframe;

  • review project deliverables promptly;

  • communicate requested changes clearly;

  • ensure they have the necessary rights to any materials provided to FIRSOF.

Delays in providing required information or approvals may affect the project timeline.

6. Project changes

Our proposals are based on the agreed project scope.


If additional functionality, pages, revisions, or services are requested after the project has started, they may require additional time and costs.


Any changes outside the agreed scope will always be discussed and approved before implementation.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of the completed website design and deliverables transfers to the client once all agreed payments have been received in full.


FIRSOF retains ownership of any internal tools, frameworks, methodologies, templates, or reusable development components created independently of the project.


Unless a confidentiality agreement has been signed, FIRSOF reserves the right to showcase completed projects within its portfolio, website, and marketing materials.

8. Third-party services

Some projects may include third-party products or services, including but not limited to:

  • website hosting;

  • domain registration;

  • CMS platforms;

  • plugins and extensions;

  • payment gateways;

  • analytics services;

  • booking systems;

  • email marketing platforms.

These services are provided by independent third parties and are subject to their own terms, pricing, and privacy policies.


FIRSOF is not responsible for changes, interruptions, pricing updates, or technical issues related to third-party services.

9. Website Care

Ongoing website support (Website Care) is available through our Website Care plans.


The scope of support depends on the selected plan.


Unless otherwise agreed:

  • support is provided within the monthly hours included in the selected plan;

  • unused support hours do not roll over to the following month;

  • additional work outside the selected plan may be quoted separately.

Support response times may vary depending on the selected support plan and project priority.

10. Limitation of liability

We make every reasonable effort to deliver high-quality work and reliable services.


However, FIRSOF cannot guarantee:

  • uninterrupted website availability;

  • uninterrupted operation of third-party services;

  • specific search engine rankings;

  • specific business results;

  • protection against every possible cybersecurity threat.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FIRSOF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our website or services.

11. Force Majeure

FIRSOF shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform its obligations where such delays or failures result from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, governmental actions, power outages, internet disruptions, cyberattacks, labour disputes, or failures of third-party providers.

12. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.


Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be resolved in accordance with Latvian law.
